About Us

The Texas Association of Business serves as the Texas State Chamber, representing companies of every size and industry across every region of the state. Texas is recognized as the “HQ of HQs,” home to millions of businesses and hundreds of publicly traded corporations. Among our 1,500+ members are public companies—ranging from Fortune 500 leaders to smaller publicly traded firms—that are incorporated or headquartered in Texas, as well as privately held and small businesses that form the backbone of our state’s economy. TAB works in a bipartisan manner to vigorously protect Texas’ pro-business climate, delivering solutions to the challenges affecting Texas employers. We proudly serve as the state-designated affiliate to the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).
