The purpose of this form is to provide the prior approval required by the Federal Election Campaign Act in order for the Texas Association of Business Federal Political Action Committee (TXBIZ FEDPAC) to solicit personal contributions from executive, administrative, or professional personnel who are employed by corporations that are members of the Texas Association of Business. Corporations may grant prior approval to only one trade association per calendar year.
