PRIVACY STATEMENT
TAB is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of our members and believes that the protection of those interests is one of our most important responsibilities. TAB takes reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of our members’ personal information and stores all of the personal information provided to us by our members on our secure servers. In acknowledgment of our obligations, TAB will not acquire any more information about our members than is necessary to provide a high level of service.

To perform credit card payments or ACH transactions, TAB must pass on information about the transactions to financial institutions. In addition to that reasonably necessary disclosure, TAB may also disclose our members’ personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. Beyond any of the aforementioned items, TAB will not share our members’ information with any other third party.

REFUND POLICY
TAB’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all TAB Events. Due to our commitments to our vendors for these events, TAB’s Event Fees are refundable only if a cancellation notice is received by the cancellation deadline via phone, fax, email or in person. Cancellation deadlines are stated on all promotional materials associated with the Event, and can also be found on TAB’s website. In the case of unusual or unavoidable circumstances, however, TAB staff may provide credit towards future TAB Events. Each credit-request will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work and our services, TAB Membership Dues are final and not refundable. However, member satisfaction is paramount to us and complaints will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the stated refund policies are established by TAB and may be changed at the sole discretion of TAB without any prior notice or liability its members or any other person.

REFUND METHODS
Credit card payments will be refunded via credit card. All other TAB refunds will be issued via check.
