To further support our lobbying efforts TAB has created a litigation center that surveys the regulatory and policy landscape for issues that are detrimental to business. Our center, governed by an advisor board comprised of attorneys, business people and chamber representatives that evaluate and recommend whether or not TAB should file lawsuits or join lawsuits as a co-plaintiff or via amicus briefs.
TAB is in the process of getting the jobs and data center up and running. It will be a repository of business specific information and resources to assist members and chamber in making good business decisions. It will be a single source of accurate information for our members to have up to date economic, workforce, and other data. This center will help our members have better business intelligence which keeps their business competitive.
